MeritLinkx is led by executive level advisors from a wide variety of backgrounds with decades of experience that integrate together to form our outlook of the healthcare industry. All members of the MeritLinkx Healthcare Consulting team have spent their entire professional careers advising leadership teams of hospitals, health systems, ACOs, and software companies.

Prior to joining MeritLinkx, each member of our team held a leadership position within a healthcare provider organization, consulting firm, or healthcare software company. Our motto is to provide Balanced Advice, which speaks to our desire to bring together diverse perspectives to develop an innovative, yet well rounded, advisory relationship with our clients.

MeritLinkx fills a gap in the healthcare consulting industry by bringing real life experience into our work – we are not “career consultants”. We do not hire consultants who have never worked in a healthcare setting; all of our associates have first hand experience in software companies, tech firms, start ups, hospitals, ACOs, health insurance plans, or integrated healthcare systems.
